All care plans are optional and month to month. Cancel before the next billing period. Requests are scheduled during business hours; unused time does not roll over. Larger design changes and additional work receive an estimate first, at $85/hour. Hosting, platform subscriptions, domains, email, stock assets, and paid integrations are separate unless your proposal includes them.
A written scope, responsive layout, keyboard-accessible navigation, agreed revision rounds, launch checks, and a handoff explaining how your site is maintained. The package determines page count and functionality.
Standard project schedule: 50% to reserve the project and 50% after approval, before launch and final handoff. Larger projects may use agreed milestones. No payment is collected through this page. Taxes, when applicable, are shown in your proposal.
Your approved business details, copy, brand assets, licensed photography, and necessary platform access. Copywriting, a new identity, photography, and content migration can be scoped separately.
Additional pages, new features, or changes after approval receive a written estimate before work begins. A revision round means one consolidated set of feedback on the agreed direction.
After final payment, you receive the agreed custom design assets and available source files. Third-party fonts, imagery, platforms, and software retain their own license and subscription terms. Account ownership and handoff are documented in the proposal.
We agree on the information you need, the inquiry destination, access, and retention before launch. Sensitive document collection and specialist security systems require a separate scope. Your preferences also guide whether search indexing and analytics are enabled.
